An LED wristband (also called an LED bracelet) is a wearable light that your audience wears around the wrist. All wristbands are controlled centrally via DMX512, allowing thousands of them to change colour, pulse or wave in sync with the music and the light show at the same time.

The price depends on the volume, the product chosen and the level of personalisation. That's why there are no fixed prices on the site: request a free quote with your event details and you'll get a tailored price proposal.

LetsLink is based at Corda Campus in Hasselt and works from Belgium for events across the Benelux and the rest of Europe. For projects outside that region, we discuss the logistics in advance.

No. LetsLink specialises in LED wearables and light control and isn't a broad audiovisual rental company. We do work smoothly alongside whichever AV partner or lighting company is already involved in your event.

Yes. The same DMX platform runs at every scale, from a few hundred wristbands at a company party to tens of thousands at a festival site. For volumes from a few thousand units upwards, we plan production, charging logistics and distribution together in advance.

Yes. Choose a rechargeable variant: it lasts 8 hours per charge and gets recharged between festival days, so you don't have to hand out new wristbands every day.

Usually at the entrance, alongside ticket scanning. The elastic variants have a universal fit and so go fastest; the nylon wristbands with a quick-release buckle are a little slower but sit more securely.

Both are possible. Renting is ideal for a one-off or recurring event, and the DMX controller is included. Purchased wristbands are produced to order.

Rent when you organise one or a few events a year and don't need to keep the wristband afterwards. Buying makes more sense when you want to own and manage the wristbands yourself, use them several times a year, or reuse them as a branding tool.

An allowance of 5% for lost or damaged wristbands is included as standard, so you don't need to account for every missing wristband.

With rentals, yes. We collect the material afterwards, check it, recharge it and get it ready for the next event.

The rechargeable wristband has a rechargeable battery, lasts 8 hours per charge, supports up to 40 independent light zones, and comes back to us after the event for reuse. The single-use variant runs on a non-replaceable battery, lasts 5 hours, has 10 light zones, and isn't collected afterwards.

Most of the market runs on disposable coin-cell batteries: one evening of light, then waste. Our rechargeable wristbands come back, get recharged and head back out into the crowd. That cuts down on waste and lowers the cost per use the more often you deploy the material.

5 to 8 hours, depending on the product. The rechargeable nylon and elastic variants last 8 hours per charge, the single-use nylon variant 5 hours. The exact figure is listed in the specification table on each product page.

The wristband is designed for repeated use across multiple events. In practice, the condition of each wristband after collection determines whether it goes back out into the crowd; damaged units are taken out of circulation.

DMX512 is the open standard for light control used in almost every venue and on every stage in Europe. Because our wearables run on it, any lighting engineer can work with them right away: no closed system, no mandatory software, no vendor lock-in.

Yes. The wristbands appear as extra channels in your existing lighting plan and are controlled from your own desk. If you don't have your own technician, we provide an operator who prepares the run sheet and helps programme the show.

Yes. Our system is plug and play: you receive the wristbands and the DMX controller in one delivery, connect the controller to your own lighting desk and run the show yourself. If you would rather not do it yourself, our operator takes over.

Up to 40 independent zones with the rechargeable variants, and 10 zones with the single-use variants. This lets you divide your audience into stands, tables, teams or ticket tiers, and control each group separately.

Railing Lights are DMX-controlled light bars mounted on the railing of a stadium, arena or concert venue. They work with multiple independent zones and can be rented per event or installed permanently; with a permanent installation, the break-even point sits at around three events.

The fabric or nylon strap can be fully personalised with your logo and brand colours. The LED unit sitting on top remains the standard module.

The rechargeable variants are: they're collected after the event, recharged and put back into use. The single-use variants exist for events where collection isn't practically feasible.

Yes. We can tell you how many wristbands were deployed and returned, so you can include those figures in your own sustainability or event reporting.

Absolutely. At corporate events, the wristbands are mainly used for colour-coded grouping, networking games and quiz rounds where each group gets its own colour. For Samsung Galaxy Unpacked, we worked out exactly that setup in Brussels, Amsterdam and Luxembourg.
